You're right to wait and see. If decarbonized oil is the only concession the Feds will EVER get from AB, and AB follows thru, then that's progress, not a catastrophe.
And, if BC and FN end up wanting the economic benefits of a new pipeline, then a lot of folks need to apologize for the hysterics.
