In 2024 we gave up 3.5% of our revenue. This year it'll be 4%. To get there we added some €2,500 grants for "local" projects. Things I like that act as forces for good. One of these is @dublininquirer.com . If you can, please subscribe. They do fantastic things. www.dublininquirer.com/membership/

With all of the “wrapped” posts I’m seeing today, it’s a good time to put this out there again.

Deleting Spotify is literally a tiny thing. Everyone has the ability to do it and it could make such a big difference. It’s just a case of if you want to or not.
Have you quit Spotify?

Now is the time to do so

Please take a time to watch (or bookmark for later) our latest podcast with @mynabirds.bsky.social about Spotify CEO’s investment in military tech youtu.be/svJnpYwgo9A?...

I have been using @qobuz.bsky.social for a year now. It has been a great experience. It pays artists more and it doesn't invest in military tech or run ads for ICE. @nialler9.com has all the details.

This version is just unbelievable. Listen to the arrangement. The drums and bass in particular.

We’ve never really advertised as a business. It’s mostly been word of mouth and me on socials. About to change that. Not sure if it’s traditional advertising but we’re going to be supporting/partnering with some people who are doing some really good things that I like personally. More to follow etc

The economy of technology on this is amazing. It could easily sit in a playlist of Eno tracks and not be out of place. And all recorded on one of these miraculous little devices that we waste by looking at endless slop. This record is worth your time.
