Having a rather late breakfast after staying up very late after the Critical Role live show (Fjord and Jester's wedding! It was amazing!!). We went to a diner after for some food and chatting. Also, the Traveller candle smells so good.

I love these raspberries, but they are so delicate that they rarely last longer than a day, and only with careful sorting and handling, so I don't buy them very often. But with the end of summer looming, I had to.

After 83 hours, I rolled credits on Assassin's Creed Shadows today. I played Naoe 90% of the time, but developed an appreciation for Yasuke's strength in the endgame. A satisfying ending with some intriguing possibilities for DLC.

Love the improvements to the AC Shadows photo editor, like being able to change Naoe's pose or time of day.

A/C is set up and running...in the first week of June. Sigh. At least I will be cool when it hits 95 on Sunday and Monday. Right now it's only 82, but feels like 91. Because I knew it would be hot the next few days (i.e. lots of indoor time), I went to see some roses yesterday.

Today was all about strawberries: I had a strawberry danish from the bakery, then the entire farmers market smelled like strawberries, I got a sb roll there, and then I wore my sb T-shirt to an art fair later. Oh, and I bought delicious sb at the market, too! 🍓

The character animation in Assassin's Creed Shadows is so-so, but the landscapes, weather, and changing seasons are gorgeous.
