Found a cocktail & food pairing online and had to try making it for myself. Rum infused with pinenuts, whiskey fat-washed with cacao butter, banana oleo, vanilla extract, creme de banana, yuzu, and soy sauce mixed together & milk clarified. Served with curry seaweed and pepper dusted shrimp chips.

Finished up Copenhagen Cowboy last night. It's like if the Mulholland Drive cowboy was every character on a six hour series. It also ends on a cliffhanger and Hideo Kojima pops up at the last second to tease more future plots we'll never see. 10/10
