Today marks the official opening of the 20th Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to CITES #CITEScop20 and CMS is on the ground in Samarkand!

The Caspian Seal is the Caspian Sea’s only marine mammal. Each year adults head north to gather on ice and pup, molt on northern islands, then disperse to central & southern basins.
