Getting ready to earn my Thanksgiving feast. Fun times at the #ffxturkeytrot2025 4-miler right in my neighborhood this morning. Love a race where you roll out of bed, jog down the trail to warm up and get going. This “little race” now gets 2,000 entrants! 3 easy miles and a fast 1 for the glory.

We don’t know the motives at this point of the NG shooter in DC. But this much is clear: those Guardsmen should never have been in harm’s way. They should have been home in West Virginia preparing to enjoy the holiday with loved ones. Yet another cost of this regime’s arrogance and incompetence.

What I take from his efforts is a desperate attempt to bend the law & the truth—even if that means turning on other members of his own party.
