Oh, sad news. I attended a talk by him once (in the former GDR State Council Building in Berlin) and had a quick but pleasant chat with him afterwards.

I've never lived in Prague, but I've been to/through it many times over the years (decades...), and if you're arriving by train from the north, the tower is very visible, and I remember doing a double take the first time I saw the babies on it.
