The most important part of Epstein Files Transparency Act bill, imo, is this, which details how everything that is withheld must be reported to Congress:
(2) All redactions must be accompanied by a written justification published in the Federal Register and submitted to Congress. (3) To the extent that any covered information would otherwise be redacted or withheld as classified information under this section, the Attorney General shall declassify that classified information to the maximum extent possible. (A) If the Attorney General makes a determination that covered information may not be declassified and made available in a manner that protects the national security of the United States, including methods or sources related to national security, the Attorney General shall release an unclassified summary for each of the redacted or withheld classified information. (4) All decisions to classify any covered information after July 1, 2025 shall be published in the Federal Register and submitted to Congress, including the date of classification, the identity of the classifying authority, and an unclassified summary of the justification. SEC. 3. Report to Congress. Within 15 days of completion of the release required under Section 2, the Attorney General shall submit to the House and Senate Committees on the Judiciary a report listing: (1) All categories of records released and withheld. (2) A summary of redactions made, including legal basis. (3) A list of all government officials and politically exposed persons named or referenced in the released materials, with no redactions permitted under subsection (b)(1).

We've already seen. In her post where she calls out Trump, she promotes "America First America Only", and in the very same interview that @maxberger.bsky.social reposted, she tells Dana Bash to have Nick Fuentes on the show. It's very clears she's starting to choose the Groypers faction.
The toxic political industrial complex thrives on ripping us all apart but never delivers anything good for the American people, whom I love. The PIC tells us to hate each other, fundraises off why we have to hate each other, and pits Americans against each other to the point of violence and nearing civil war. This is all so wrong. We can have our own differences and differing opinions but we can still love and respect one another. We have far more in common than we have apart. I believe in the American people more than I believe in any leader or political party and the American people deserve so much better than how they have been treated by both sides of the aisle. The way forward is America First America Only. And that may be the most dangerous pursuit of all.

For example, they literally say I cannot share "content" or "promotion" of self-harm or suicide, which precludes a poem I've written where I depict suicidal ideation that also shows an arc of self-acceptance.

Me: I just want to make sure it's sufficiently clear: supporting, profitting off of, spreading, and defending ICE and ICE's ads is a call to violence against human beings. I have a religious and humanistic duty to condemn and exhort against this when I see it. Them: I understand you feel strongly about this issue, and I appreciate you sharing your perspective with us. While I can’t speak on behalf of ICE or any political organization, I can assure you that your feedback is important to us. Me: Ok. Lastly, I recommend that Spotify quickly gain a conscience and stop both their calls to violence and prohibit calls to violence from their platform regardless of whether it is government-sanctioned or not. Failure to do so will be met with nonviolent civic action, the legal retribution of other countries which are rightly invested in the human rights of every person on earth who may be under violent regimes, and most importantly, one's response in the heavenly court. I expect this feedback should be passed along without error word-for-word. I want to know whether Spotify is airing ads for ICE, and put in the feedback that I will not be supporting companies that promote and profit off of undue violence against human beings, which is condemnable and unconscionable. And then he literally ends the letter with the hope of reconciling with his Christian brethren outside of being an integrationist and civil-rights leader. Why? Because his Theology is deeply influenced by Martin Buber's I-Thou.

MLKJ distinguished between white protesters and non-protesters, as seen in his freaking letter! In fact, he notes exceptions in the very paragraph *after* the one you refer to. And most importantly, he resisted the nationalist movements and the tendency to call whites an "incorrigible 'devil'".
Perhaps I have once again been too optimistic. Is organized religion too inextricably bound to the status quo to save our nation and the world? Perhaps I must turn my faith to the inner spiritual church, the church within the church, as the true ekklesia and the hope of the world. But again I am thankful to God that some noble souls from the ranks of organized religion have broken loose from the paralyzing chains of conformity and joined us as active partners in the struggle for freedom. They have left their secure congregations and walked the streets of Albany, Georgia, with us. They have gone down the highways of the South on tortuous rides for freedom. Yes, they have gone to jail with us. Some have been dismissed from their churches, have lost the support of their bishops and fellow ministers. But they have acted in the faith that right defeated is stronger than evil triumphant. Their witness has been the spiritual salt that has preserved the true meaning of the gospel in these troubled times. They have carved a tunnel of hope through the dark mountain of disappointment. Let me take note of my other major disappointment. I have been so greatly disappointed with the white church and its leadership. Of course, there are some notable exceptions. I am not unmindful of the fact that each of you has taken some significant stands on this issue. I commend you, Reverend Stallings, for your Christian stand on this past Sunday, in welcoming Negroes to your worship service on a nonsegregated basis. I commend the Catholic leaders of this state for integrating Spring Hill College several years ago. You speak of our activity in Birmingham as extreme. At first I was rather disappointed that fellow clergymen would see my nonviolent efforts as those of an extremist. I began thinking about the fact that I stand in the middle of two opposing forces in the Negro community. One is a force of complacency, made up in part of Negroes who, as a result of long years of oppression, are so drained of self respect and a sense of “somebodiness” that they have adjusted to segregation; and in part of a few middle-class Negroes who, because of a degree of academic and economic security and because in some ways they profit by segregation, have become insensitive to the problems of the masses. The other force is one of bitterness and hatred, and it comes perilously close to advocating violence. It is expressed in the various black nationalist groups that are springing up across the nation, the largest and best known being Elijah Muhammad’s Muslim movement. Nourished by the Negro’s frustration over the continued existence of racial discrimination, this movement is made up of people who have lost faith in America, who have absolutely repudiated Christianity, and who have concluded that the white man is an incorrigible “devil.” I have tried to stand between these two forces, saying that we need emulate neither the “do nothingism” of the complacent nor the hatred and despair of the black nationalist. For there is the more excellent way of love and nonviolent protest. I am grateful to God that, through the influence of the Negro church, the way of nonviolence became an integral part of our struggle.

One day the South will know that when these disinherited children of God sat down at lunch counters, they were in reality standing up for what is best in the American dream and for the most sacred values in our Judaeo Christian heritage, thereby bringing our nation back to those great wells of democracy which were dug deep by the founding fathers in their formulation of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.

You use the same convenient paragraph about the "moderates", and yet exclude the entire context of the letter, which is about *nonviolent protest.* The letter explicitly celebrates the "white brothers in the South" who protested with them nonviolently.
MLKJ makes the distinction here. Not me.
I had hoped that the white moderate would see this need. Perhaps I was too optimistic; perhaps I expected too much. I suppose I should have realized that few members of the oppressor race can understand the deep groans and passionate yearnings of the oppressed race, and still fewer have the vision to see that injustice must be rooted out by strong, persistent and determined action. I am thankful, however, that some of our white brothers in the South have grasped the meaning of this social revolution and committed themselves to it. They are still all too few in quantity, but they are big in quality. Some -such as Ralph McGill, Lillian Smith, Harry Golden, James McBride Dabbs, Ann Braden and Sarah Patton Boyle—have written about our struggle in eloquent and prophetic terms. Others have marched with us down nameless streets of the South. They have languished in filthy, roach infested jails, suffering the abuse and brutality of policemen who view them as “dirty nigger-lovers.” Unlike so many of their moderate brothers and sisters, they have recognized the urgency of the moment and sensed the need for powerful “action” antidotes to combat the disease of segregation.

If you think the entire world can be summed up in a 250 word post, that reveals a lot about how you don't care about nuance.

Let me post a couple things you seem to miss from MLKJ's Letter From Birmingham Jail.
Now, I ask that you stop misusing King to justify your hatred of people you don't know.

Nourished by the Negro’s frustration over the continued existence of racial discrimination, this movement is made up of people who have lost faith in America, who have absolutely repudiated Christianity, and who have concluded that the white man is an incorrigible “devil.” I have tried to stand between these two forces, saying that we need emulate neither the “do nothingism” of the complacent nor the hatred and despair of the black nationalist. For there is the more excellent way of love and nonviolent protest. I am grateful to God that, through the influence of the Negro church, the way of nonviolence became an integral part of our struggle. All segregation statutes are unjust because segregation distorts the soul and damages the personality. It gives the segregator a false sense of superiority and the segregated a false sense of inferiority. Segregation, to use the terminology of the Jewish philosopher Martin Buber, substitutes an “I it” relationship for an “I thou” relationship and ends up relegating persons to the status of things. Hence segregation is not only politically, economically and sociologically unsound, it is morally wrong and sinful. Paul Tillich has said that sin is separation. Is not segregation an existential expression of man’s tragic separation, his awful estrangement, his terrible sinfulness? Thus it is that I can urge men to obey the 1954 decision of the Supreme Court, for it is morally right; and I can urge them to disobey segregation ordinances, for they are morally wrong. Let us consider a more concrete example of just and unjust laws. An unjust law is a code that a numerical or power majority group compels a minority group to obey but does not make binding on itself. This is difference made legal. By the same token, a just law is a code that a majority compels a minority to follow and that it is willing to follow itself. This is sameness made legal.

I don't require points from you. Don't patronize me. Btw, I also have this unpublished response to Third Way, and a "Plea to God" where I allude to many social issues using biblical language. I feel it's sometimes more effective to allude to issues than state them outright.
The center-left “think tank” Third Way posted this list of words and phrases that should be banned, based on the premise that they divide and sow distrust in people: https://www.thirdway.org/memo/was-it-something-i-said This post will argue against the assumptions of the Third Way post, and suggest that the attack on this language does more harm to Democrats and the vulnerable than it helps, because it serves as public fuel that conservatives can now latch on to and use to sow more fear and distrust against Democrats. The alternative is to normalize most of these words as plain language, which is impossible if you label them harmful from the start. This post will also argue how vulnerable communities create language that then become a framework for others to understand their own pain and suffering; the language of religion and Theology is the primary example of this. Finally, this post will suggest that this attack on language is a typical example of the demogoguery of the center and right that we have seen actively harm the vulnerable, because while they may align with the goals of the language, they continue to criticize the means by which we pave way for our own self-understanding and relation to others in the world. While this article will use plain language, it won’t be the infantilized language that Third Way wants, because I don’t view normal people as stupid like these think-tanks do. Normal people know a lot more than these center-left White moderates want to give us credit for, and I find it extremely insulting to infantilize people in this way, as if people don’t know what “patriarchy” is. The people have become numb to the ideals of a better society that does not scorn the wisdom of the poor. The bounds and checks against human flaws are disintegrated as wisdom and expertise are rejected for neutrality and Nihilism. Fence-sitters equate good with evil, so both are forgotten, and the wicked are acquitted. Those who choose neither evil nor good sit there and sway in the wind back and forth, not going anywhere and trapped in an endless stagnation with no pleasure, no pain, no joy, no sadness, empty and void. Is there nothing new to be had under the heavens? You blast the deep with Your thunder, split the waters that flee, set bounds they cannot pass (Ps. 104), but the waters that exit come back around (Eccles. 1:7) and satiate the people with war and hate. Your horn sounds, thundering a covenant as the people pass the depths of exile. Soon, the waters settle in their place, and the people cover their ears at the ten words, distancing themselves from You (Exodus 20). What was once spewed from the depths runs back to the boat (Jonah). Courts are trampled, assemblies are formed with iniquity at the people, and orphans are created (Isaiah 1). What was great among the nations has turned bitter, betraying allies as the gates dwindle. We have become a mockery, plagued by hate homegrown (Lamentations 1) as covenants are made with false oaths (Hosea 10:4), Samuel’s warning falling on deaf ears (1 Samuel 8:10-22). Koheleth says “If the wrath of a lord flares up against you, don’t give up your post; for when wrath abates, grave offenses are pardoned” (Eccles. 10:4). Fake outrage thunders as false prophets promise immunity and material wealth for unwavering loyalty to Idols. It is not godly. The rejected prepare to raise the voices God gave them; we may not have the U.S. or our rights soon, but what God has given us is a new prophetic calling out toward morality...

It's not a Great Replacement Theory, it's a Great Replacement Reality. Just this year, 3.6 million foreigners will invade America. 10-15 million will enter by the end of Joe Biden's term. Each will probably have 3-5 kids on average while native born Americans have 1.5 per couple. You are being replaced, by design. Truly the most depressing story we cover.
