We principally work in the areas of criminal law, administrative and constitutional law, tort law, anti-discrimination and human rights law.
While we are a very new organisation, having just opened our doors on July 1 – we’re building on a solid foundation, including representing over 350 individuals and groups, to successfully challenging oppressive bail conditions in 98 separate cases over 15 years.
