VEGAN PACK ALERT!!
They are coming for me again over my rib post this time! What is it with these cherry picking nut jobs. I know it’s not all, but hell it is most. Suggestion please? They go to so much trouble to be difficult and nasty. Real pack attitude.

The meats were poached in water simmering pan for 10 minutes. Left to cool overnight with the marinade. Bought to room temperature and cooked on the bbq with lid down, with a small bowl of water alongside to keep meat juicy.
Marinade was drained and simmered to thick, used as glaze & dipping sauce

This was so much fun. It’s amazing how a simple board game can bring people together and produce so much laughter. It was a late finish, but so with it. #gamenight #grazing #fun&laughter #home

It was individual charcuterie boards last night. It’s was games night here at home. A “Indiana Jones” version of monopoly. Great fun.
Went to Luckys Delicatessen in Frankston. Beautiful authentic produce and pricing. Great lunches and such good fun service. #monopoly #games-night #charcruterue

The first of the cafe tables I am refinishing for a new gourmet food offering. It has been really enjoyable working on something different. I love the copper colour I settled on. I’m excited to move into testing my new offering. More on that later. I will start on number 2# tomorrow. #cafetables

It’s far easier than most people think Lavender. Just focus on that which you love to eat.
I also write a monthly lifestyle Blog which usually has food recipes and methods in it. It’s attached to my instagram in the profile. Feel free. Or if you need advice simply ask ok.

Last night was chilly, so I roasted chicken thighs brushed with the confit garlic oil sprinkled with smoked paprika, cracked black pepper and lemon, with mushroom, leek & pea risotto. Great on a chilly evening #rissotto #chickenrisotto #chillyevening #dinner #home

These I often use. Or make the sauce from scratch. Or a combination or fresh and tinned. I would roast or poach fresh tomatoes first though Kiss&Collide

I do add a lot of herbs that I grow. Usually two batches. One is really packed with herbs to use in casseroles or to brush onions meat and vegetables. It’s so useful in the kitchen. I love oregano & sage 5G

Very clumsy way to do this, I wish these apps were not so limited. We need more freedom from big brother.
Here is a short cut recipe for a base Passat sauce I was asked for. This will serve you well, quick tasty and easy. Try were you can to add the confit garlic and its oil.

I used it as part of the base sauce for a beef wagu Tortalini last night. Lots of mushrooms
