The terms of the MOU today was probably the biggest environmentally friendly move of real consequence in years. The quest to partner with First Nations and BC gives them a veto in all but name.

A MOU was signed about working with the BC government & First Nations to see if there was a way they would partner in a building a pipeline to the coast.

It wasn’t a contract or an order (in which case I would agree with you)
