The court can and did overrule the deployment, but stayed the order pending appeal. This is the W Virginia NG. That it was deployed to DC with its Gov’s approval and for no good reason is truly unforgivable. These guys did not sign up to be cops in FC or anywhere else.

The National Guard deployment in itself is not fascist. The person who ordered the deployment are the fascist. Using troops against the civilian population is the crime. The Guard has to remain neutral and not engage in violence.
