Oh goody. As someone who has been through this as a kid and in 2013, my advice is this:
*Cover your Webcam w tape. All of them.
*Turn your mics off
*Get Malware Bytes.
*Move your data out of US.
*Back up to your own physical drives, not the cloud.
*if not in use, turn off location and Bluetooth
