An administration defined by incompetence and cruelty, and responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths through the dismantling of USAID, is not suddenly going to demonstrate competence or compassion.

Amtrak over the last few years has expanded its use of dynamic pricing, a system that rewards early planners and charges a premium for flexibility and last-minute travel. Critics of Amtrak’s approach say a taxpayer-supported service should not behave like a moody algorithm.
Travel Math: When Flying Costs as Much as the Train, Who Wins?
Amtrak says dynamic pricing has helped strengthen its finances, but travelers often grumble at the cost, especially for last-minute travel. Still, the train has a secret weapon: avoiding the airport.

Breaking Axios:

Kristi Noem's language that Alex Pretti wanted to "massacre" federal agents was dictated to Noem and her department by the man most responsible for the controversial operation: Stephen Miller.

IF you ever get to vote again, vote purely Democrat. Only.

It's a two-party system. Either you vote for a Democrat, or you help the current Trump regime. Not voting helps Trump. Voting for a third party - any third party - is a wasted vote that helps Trump.

Vote only for Democrats, no excuses.

Miller is so much of a national treasure that every Republican running in a swing district/state should invite him in to campaign for them.

Democrats' demand that Stephen Miller is fired as a condition of voting for ICE funding is one of the smartest moves they've made under Trump.

Miller is a loathsome figure who I imagine has rock-bottom likability numbers. Democrats should try to raise his public salience as often as possible.

A recent poll found that 70% of Vermonters support a Medicare for All single-payer system.

Congress must understand that health care is a human right — not a privilege.

We must pass Medicare for All.

I'm sure a few ICE agents suspect this already, but it seems very clear that DJT, Miller & Bovino WANT an ICE agent to get killed. They need their own martyr. There is a reason they are putting them in increasingly volatile situations.
