That’s not a problem, you can easily make pumpkin puree from pumpkins. Just slice the pumpkin in half, scoop out the seeds, and roast it with the skin up. Once it’s tender, the skin peels right off, and then you puree the pulp with a mixer.

No, I don’t think so. EU gets some cred for issuing sanctions, but regarding aid it’s clear that countries can move faster by themselves as coordination within EU is slower and hampered by the pro-Russia Hungary. Also, the national leaders are quick to assign praise to themselves for Ukraine aid.

The trad trend is a cry for social stability. Many people are terrified of the idea that they are free to chose who they are and what to do with their lives. I think that was more understood in the mid 1900s; Sartre writes about how thinking humans are doomed to freedom and that it’s terrifying.

The UK does do a very good job of serving as a warning example. I live in Sweden and have never experienced such pro-EU sentiment amongst the population in my life.

Society at large rejects the stance that in order ”to solve climate change we need to dismantle capitalism, because everything is connected, bro”. For some reason a substantial part of the far left thought we would chose socialism as the antidote to climate change.

Yeah, but we’re not at that level of ecological collapse yet. So it’s odd that facism is launched now, considering that we still have a chance to ward off the worst effects of climate destabilization - if we really try and don’t chose climate nihilistic fascism instead.

How is it even possible that women exist who don’t know that birthing used to be the most common cause of death for women? They can’t have read a book or seen a mowie that takes place before the mid 1900s - either in school or by choice. Their ignorance is off the scale.

It would have been solved if there wasn’t so many people who are cartoonishly evil on a James Bond villain level. It is difficult to wrap ones head around that so many want human civilization to collapse. With that said - there are no excuse for not facing reality after 40 years of denial shit.
