Huh, I hadn't really thought of water as being a limiting factor. But then, what if this imaginary city really focuses on building water preservation infrastructure? Composting toilets, vertical farms, greywater recycling systems, etc?

Haaaaank, let's build a new city in Montana!! Dense mixed-use zoning, bikable/walkable layout, public transit, green spaces. We'll give free condos to recent college grads.
