Candidate for Kansas Governor
Last week, Sara and I got to catch up with our family friends, Daniel and Shaun! Daniel is the Vice President of NTEU Chapter 66, and Shaun previously led AFGE Local 85. As the daughter of a union worker, I’m proud to be part of the fight for fair wages and safe working conditions.

Yesterday, our team helped distribute turkeys to Kansas families in KCK! Everyone deserves a hearty, fulfilling meal this Thanksgiving. Working alongside Mayor-Elect Christal Watson and our staffer Pete made the day even more meaningful. 💛

Kansans always show up. A few weeks ago, families across our state were struggling to put food on the table because of the government shutdown. We put out a call for donations of food and toiletries, and you all delivered!

Every step of this campaign is for you. When I first ran for office, it was to end the Brownback experiment and get our schools back on track. Today, I’m running to make life more affordable and support every one of you who make this state so special.

Former Treasurer and Lt. Gov. Lynn Rogers has always led with heart, working to make life better for everyday Kansans. He’s a dear friend of mine, and I’m truly honored to have his support!

Costs are rising every day, and families are finding it harder and harder to make ends meet. In the last year, grocery prices have gone up 3%, utilities up 11%, and medical services up almost 4%. As governor, I’ll focus on policies that lower the cost of living—not increase it.

I raised my kids to fight for what they believe in. My daughter Maddie took that to heart a few years ago when she testified in front of the legislature against GOP efforts to hurt our public schools. Advocacy runs in our family—it’s who we are.

I’m honored to have the support of Joe Spease! Joe has spent years leading the way in clean energy, fighting to build a more sustainable future for our kids and our state.

As a proud supporter of clean energy, it means so much to have him in my corner. Thank you, Joe! 🌻

Such a great morning yesterday serving breakfast to our veterans at Hyvee! It was a special opportunity to give back and connect with some incredible Kansans who’ve served our country. Thank you to all our veterans! 💙

Running for office takes time, energy, and a whole lot of heart. I couldn’t do any of this without my family. My kids and my husband show up for me every single day, and I’m so grateful for them. 💛

We’re building a Kansas where every family can thrive—but we can’t do it alone.

Let’s make it happen! ✊ Join the fight and donate today: cindyforkansas.com/social

To every Kansan who called, showed up, and spoke out: thank you. 💙

Because of our collective effort, there’s no special session today. This is what fighting for Kansans looks like. 💪 Let’s celebrate this moment and stay ready for what’s next!

When we fight, we win.💙 Ty Masterson and GOP leadership tried to rig our maps, but Kansans stood up and stopped them for now. They’ll try again in 2026 so we’ll stay ready and keep fighting for our state.

What a night for women in politics! 💪💙 Congrats to Governor-Elect Abigail Spanberger and Mikie Sherrill who have inspired so many people throughout their campaigns.

Because of Kansans' hard work, we put an end to this redistricting scheme for now. Your voice truly makes a difference. 💙

As of tomorrow, this will be the longest government shutdown in history. For 35 days, politicians in D.C have failed to do their jobs, choosing politics over keeping healthcare affordable. Because of them, families are going without pay, without food assistance, and without care.

It’s Election Day! 🗳️My daughter Sara and I voted early this year, but there’s still time for you to cast your ballot! Local elections keep our communities strong. Find your polling place here ➡️ myvoteinfo.voteks.org/VoterView

Because DC politicians let healthcare subsidies expire, Kansans could see a 34% increase in healthcare costs. Families are already struggling—this will make it even harder.

As governor, I’ll protect affordable healthcare & ensure families have the care they need.

Kansans should be able to live with dignity. Cutting Social Security & making it harder to get disability benefits hurts older workers, rural families, & veterans. As governor, I’ll keep fighting to protect Social Security & disability benefits so Kansans can retire with dignity.
November 3, 2025 at 9:02 PM
Starting tomorrow, over 180,000 Kansans will lose access to food assistance. Because politicians in D.C refuse to do their jobs, families will go without groceries and basic necessities. We must demand better.

The administration's move to import more beef from Argentina is a slap in the face to our ranchers.

Once upon a time, Emily Saunders was an intern in my office. Today, she’s a successful attorney. I’m so proud to have her support in my race for governor!

1 in 5 Kansas kids go hungry on a regular basis. Families are already stretched thin, and many rely on food assistance just to get by. But with the government shutdown, thousands of Kansans will lose those benefits starting this weekend.

Earlier this week, I spent an afternoon with the hardworking folks at the AFL-CIO. As the daughter of a union member, I learned early on that strong unions means strong communities. 💪

As governor, I’ll always support our unions and protect workers’ rights here in Kansas.
