I am not advocating for a custodial sentence here

I'm not saying that's necessarily appropriate

I'm pointing to his abhorrent rationale for the sentence

Who says he cannot find any culpability

Then goes on to identify the core culpability involved

Significantly over the speed limit & a failure to control your vehicle

If this was an "intentional" act

This would have been murder
