It was a Russian demand note pushed and promoted by Putin's biggest fan - trump. It is not a "peace" plan - it is extortion. Republicans better not attempt to support it or THEY will pay.

1. Give Putin all he wants.
2. Make EU pay $100B to rebuild Ukraine (along with $100B in frozen assets)
3. US gets 50% of all profits from those rebuilding efforts.
This is - force them to surrender land, limit military, and steal from them.

The only parts of it which weren't taken directly from Russia's ultimatums were the bits where the US government would get rich by taking half the gdp of Ukraine for itself
