There isn't a lot of publicly-owned land available to unlock for affordable housing as the sector is asking all levels of government to do, especially in prime residential areas like this. If Board finances are the issue, the answer is not a private sell-off but to properly fund education.

It is wild that we had several detailed books on exactly what is being seen with all the Epstein files, They Knew was so dead on it is hard to read right now because it was published in 2022...
