This is great! But I want to highlight inequity and reason for slow adoption this article touches on.
The 5% (~70k of new sales) of EV owners can’t charge at home due to lack of chargers in apartments. Which is a wild considering incentives for landlords and a “top want” for a lot of folks moving.

Great piece from WA Rep. Entenman! Did you know WA is the only state on the west coast that bans us from buying EVs directly from the manufacturer onsite (the only exception being Tesla...)? #WAleg needs to fix this + continue our EV investments!

Midday through Monday, Reichert's campaign sent out an email to followers thanking them, but not conceding the race or acknowledging Ferguson's victory.
