Key West is one of those places I think is fun to experience once, but I’m ready to go back to Big Pine Key where it’s MUCH quieter. I hated Duval St - what a sensory nightmare.

We made it to Key West. The feral chickens are absolutely delightful. Our bed & breakfast is adorable (it’s PINK).

It is currently 53°F and there is no heat in our aqualodge/swamp trailer. Like it doesn’t even have a furnace or space heater or anything. Like it literally doesn’t have heat 😂

First coat of paint is up. I did 14 colors over 100 ft in 2 days, not bad!
Just have to fix those wonky leaves that wrap around the corner 😅 then it’s on to the second coat!

As soon as we landed I called the rental car place in a panic because we arrived later than expected and I thought they were closed and I wouldn’t be able to pick up my car but no worries they had actually chased down our plane to hand deliver my rental car to me as I stepped out onto the tarmac!!!
