🧠 In reproductive-aged women, sleeping <7h & having a higher progesterone-to-estradiol ratio were linked to stronger wanting & liking of savory food (Pringles) during simulated night shifts.
💡 Sleep ≥7h & choose healthy snacks (e.g., nuts) during the luteal phase.

When I started my research journey at the University of Lübeck, I never imagined my work would reach so many scholars. Now at Uppsala University, seeing my research cited over 15,000 times is both humbling and motivating. Grateful to my colleagues, mentors, and the academic community!
