These people have obviously never used a crosswalk. At the crosswalks near me, cars will not stop for you until you step out. So you have to use your right of way, then be prepared to run/retreat if they don't stop. Not an option for kids, seniors, mobility impaired people.

I don't know why, but the Elbow pathway seems to be the worst in the city. Frustrating because they did a great job of clearing 2nd street cycletrack, but it almost feels pointless if you are not going to do the pathway it connects too.
