Shoulda known: Asking Americans to forgo shopping for a few days-was too much. Gawd forbid we miss out on the epic deals to stand against the ruling elites in defense of Democracy. Such a shallow culture. And everyone will be SAD about their bills, rent, insurance costs come January. Dumb.

We started soft-striking on the 13th in solidarity with baristas at Starbucks. We’re not shopping, except for perishables at local owned grocers. I’ll refill the car on Sunday. Then we’ll strike harder:Staying in town for Turkey day and no shopping. Xmas will be Bombas socks for all.
