Can't imagine a judge would be very sympathetic to such a case. Especially if the rights holder is based in a time zone where midnight had passed when the thing was published.

You mean speak to an AI with her face? Absolutely not. Grief is important for processing loss. Stunting that process is going to create bigger problems. AI is already causing enough psychological issues - indulging delusions, feeding paranoia, encouraging suicide. Let's not make that worse please.

Altman is an idiot, I'm raising a baby without ChatGPT and it turns out, there's actually a lot of places I can ask for help. My mum, for one. My friends who are mums. The NHS website. Plenty of books. Never even considered ChatGPT, mostly because I want accurate information not predictive text.
