Shiloh appears completely unaware of Ethel's affectionate look as she's wrapped up in whatever she's plotting. Ethel belongs to me, Shiloh belongs to Cerylune. These are our characters in our curse of strahd campaign. Ethel is a warforged built to look as human as possible, since she was made to replace a man's fiancé. The context of her being made to marry someone else makes her feelings towards Shiloh "taboo" since she is SUPPOSED to love the man she was built for.
