The federal government can work as a partner in providing education and guidance to local municipalities of best practices for environmental justice, while also ensuring these options remain affordable for everyone to implement.

Millions of Americans have suffered needlessly during this government shutdown, with no outcome that made the struggle worthwhile. When the party no longer unites to work for the best interests of their constituents, leadership has failed.

Forget we the party and get back to we the people.
