The government must work with our European partners on retaliatory measures to hit Trump and his cronies where it hurts, unless he drops these tariffs.

It's time to show that Britain stands with our allies and we won’t be bullied into submission.

I had the odd doubter two weeks ago, but I'll say it again:

"Donald Trump is the most significant threat to NATO."

Whatever our government says on the surface, it had better be working tirelessly with EU allies to manage that threat and minimise the potential for future threats.

One year on from his arrest Dr Hussam Abu Safiya still held without charge in an Israeli prison, tortured, deprived of food and kept in isolation.

Since the start of the Gaza genocide the Israeli army has killed around 1,700 medical workers and detained hundreds.

What do you suppose attracts a man who misused public money as an MP, to a party run by a man who misused public money as an MEP?

Zahawi and Farage are birds of a feather and if you vote for Reform, you'll get Conservative.

I'm going to boost this again tonight because it gets forgotten so often.

When people choose at the ballot box, they choose the Lib Dems, as we start to think about the local election campaigns for May 2026, this is going to be the story.

Let's hope that the media start paying attention.

Threats and bullying of Federal Reserve Chair by Trump’s Lawyers. He is a terrorist and Britain would do well to prepare for a future without relying on Trump’s America

No Kemi, Trump threatening to invade a NATO ally is not a "second order issue."

It’s a direct challenge to Britain’s security and the future of NATO.

This confirms our worst fears.

Labour want to divert taxpayers money from our public services to pay for their mandatory Digital ID scheme.

The Lib Dems fought against Labour’s ID plans before and won, and we can do it again.

The Gloucestershire Echo and Gloucester Citizen who share a lot of editorial these days have a good feature on former Gloucester Coop. I think they have taken the images from their Jubilee history published in 1910.

The people of Iran have suffered under a brutal regime for far too long.

But a US President planning regime change in the Middle East feels like 2003 all over again. We’ve seen where that path leads and it does not end well.

UK govt austerity hammers the poorest.

Bottom 50% of the population has 5% of wealth, bottom fifth 0.5% .

Real average wage unchanged since 2008.

Work doesn't pay enough. 37% of the Universal Credit claimants are in work.

Benefit cuts will increase poverty by 400,000+

Must not accept cruelty.
