I love this so much and I am absolutely tearing up about it. The gentleness and plainness of this, the way he just lets her be her (and she seems so damn lovely, who wouldn’t?), the generosity.

A good reminder. The elderly that society looks past used to be young, and the now young will be in their shoes some day (sooner than they can imagine). We are all walking down the same path, toward the same clearing.
