My new year’s plans fell through. Aside from my sadness and disappointment, I had a nice time with the season 1 DVD that showed how Xena was made. I tried to listen to the countdown on the radio, but I ended up watching it on tv.

I skipped ahead in season 2 of Xena to watch “A Solstice Carol” during the holiday season. It was such a fun episode!

I just finished season 1 of Xena. I teared up during the last episode. It was so nerve-wracking that I hugged my friend’s dog as I shouted at the TV for Gabrielle to be okay. Time for season 2.

I've read discussions about nostalgia for 2000s pop culture. It's interesting to notice that loss of time, particularly when listening to Bowling for Soup's "1985" and Davvn's "2002." Oh well. That's (Pink Floyd's) "Time" for you.

I watched Xena last night and it was the episode when she met her father. When Gabrielle attacked Xena near the end of the episode I gasped and yelled “Gabrielle!” and startled my cat. She was not responsive to my shock at what was happening in the episode.

Oh my goodness gracious, Xena and Gabrielle are going to go on a treasure hunt/heist and are gathering a group of questionable characters. There’s also trust issues between Xena and Gabrielle and I’m just wondering what this means for their relationship. My heart.
