BJ I *will* say, I've issues w/ the set design as a Beckett purist, BUT Keanu really impressed me for how willing to go full vaudeville clown he is in the show. Alex is as good as I figured he would, based on his background. Brandon is a very funny Pozzo, but Michael's Lucky is incredible.

I regularly lost my mind watching it, with the movie repeatedly claiming it's "in" and "outside of" Chicago and the last 1/3 is very clearly depicting a Louisiana bayou. Great time and profoundly ludicrous.

Very last minute went to the CIFF screening at @musicboxtheatre.bsky.social that Clint Bentley, Greg Kweder and Joel Edgerton attended - really liked it way more than I thought I would. Hoping more people see it and def. a good pairing IMO.
