My outsider take is that Edwards has always been unpopular among progressives. But I'd love a translation of the insidery post below @saracress.bsky.social @sonyah.bsky.social
Things we learned with last night’s results:

Elected officials make terrible consultants.
Innately positive people should never go negative.
Someone who could barely carry their own district endorsing you is a nail in the coffin before anything else.

The good guy always wins.

Jesus, it just occurred to me that if the grid fails in Texas people may have to choose between freezing at home or risking an ICE encounter at a warming center.

I'm only missing groceries (admittedly a big one), vet, dentist, doctor, from this list. Not bad for HOUSTON TEXAS maybe the most car-centric city in the country.
Groceries, coffee, vet, dentist, doctor, pharmacy, record store, bike store, loads of restaurants, gift shops, clothing shops, plant shops, all within 10 minute walking distance of my front door...
“I don't wanna go far for stuff"

My eloquent and powerful rebrand of the 15 minute city.

Wow: Harris County Democratic officials voted Sunday 186 to 80 to bar Houston Mayor John Whitmire from seeking the party's endorsement over his handling of ICE and appearing at a fundraiser for Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Tx)

Teams know that Spurs only play it out wide and they are leaving lots of space in the middle for through balls. Seems like a very easy adjustment @profspur.bsky.social
