This isn't a legal judgement about culpability or anything, it's just the simple factual description that he was killed by someone, it wasn't natural causes or suicide or accident which are the other options. Even unquestionably justified self-defense killings are still homicide as cause of death.
The death of Alex Pretti has been ruled a homicide, the Hennepin County medical examiner’s office said. Pretti was shot Jan. 24 during a chaotic encounter with federal immigration officers in Minneapolis. Jesus Ochoa and Raymundo Gutierrez were named as the two officers who fired at Pretti.

this phenomenon has been particularly maddening to me
Trump has finally delivered the Jade Helm presidency the far right warned of in 2015: a techno-authoritarian assault on the White House’s enemies. Only now instead of raising an alarm over a hoax, they’re cheering the real thing.

Welcome to the Jade Helm Presidency
Conservatives once panicked about a supposed federal plot to invade their communities and quash dissent. Now they’re cheering it.

Lissen, there's still plenty of time, but it will be interesting that the next administration will have to rebuild this country from literal rubble despite not being on the receiving end of a kinetic war yet.

This confirms to me my suspicion that he's being fed bullshit numbers, partially because he's too cooked to know the difference and he's too narcissistic to accept anything else.
