What DNA variants alter transcription factor (TF) binding affinity? Here, we describe a new workflow baal-nf. We used it to trawl through 6017 ChIP-Seq data sets for 558 TFs and 46 genotyped cell lines, finding 298,783 allele-specific binding sites (ASBs).

No more does a cell need to be placed at a single location in expression space.
Stator allows cells to be labelled with many biological states.
Work with dream team: @abelaer.bsky.social, Yuelin Yao, Jareth Wolfe, Luigi Del Debbio, @sjoerdvbeentjes.bsky.social, & @avakhamseh.bsky.social

Stator finds:
sub-phases of the cell cycle,
future fate of mouse embryonic cells,
rare cell sub-types &
cycling transformed cells whose expression signatures are prognostic in cancer.

Stator works by finding high-order gene expression dependencies in sparse scRNA-seq data.
The method is data driven & comes with its own Shiny App.

Real-world #MEcfs data from Norway highlighting the employment & welfare problems that the UK (& other) Governments need to face up to, and not *ignore* or misrepresent. @gwynnemp.bsky.social

Stator works by finding high-order gene expression dependencies in sparse #scRNA seq data. The method is data driven & comes with its own Shiny App. Finds up to n=7 gene dependencies of expression OR non-expression.
