“I deeply value serving and giving back to the community, and Centrala has given me the opportunity to do just that. The women involved in these initiatives have expressed immense gratitude, and the workshops we delivered have had a powerful impact on their lives.

“Our work in Erdington, ‘Make, Share, Heal’, has also been especially rewarding. This is a 12 month wellbeing project of monthly creative and therapeutic workshops for women aged between 19 and 49, particularly from CEE communities, in Pype Hayes, funded by ENNS.

"In Redditch, we have been working in collaboration with Reimagine Redditch, continuing ‘Our Culture, Our Stories’, a creative community led project celebrating the identities and shared experiences of Central and Eastern European women and families in the area!

Veronika told us that at the top of her list was Daisy Dickinson and Simon Fisher Turner’s exhibition WETRIP, the launch of our mental health report, and the premiere of Queercore in the Second City.
