Last week we had a fantastic Digbeth First Friday with John Convery and Julie R. Kane for the launch of the photo zine and exhibition ‘Noise & Detail’!

The exhibition will be open until the 20th of Dec, and the first iteration of the zine is available to buy in our shop!

“Our work in Erdington, ‘Make, Share, Heal’, has also been especially rewarding. This is a 12 month wellbeing project of monthly creative and therapeutic workshops for women aged between 19 and 49, particularly from CEE communities, in Pype Hayes, funded by ENNS.

Last Saturday Steve Gullick led a guided exhibition tour, talking us through some of his most iconic photos, telling us the stories, and the creative processes behind them.

Noise & Detail by John Convery and Julie R. Kane is a collaborative zine project launching tomorrow, 05/12/25, 6PM, the first issue will be available to purchase on the night, you’ll also have the opportunity to make your own zine at the Drop In Zine Club, running throughout.
