Hi, I completely agree. While you may not be giving diet plans, conversations about nutrition and healthy eating and how it can affect their health can make a big difference in how patients view nutrition and the food they consume.

Hi Lindsey, you’re completely right. It’s important to enjoy food in moderation regardless if they’re deemed healthy or unhealthy. The best diet isn’t the one that’s most strict, but the one that allows you to stay most consistent and happy.

Hi, I completely agree. Too much of anything is not good for us. Even healthy foods like fruits can become unhealthy when consumed in excess. Though, that doesn’t mean we should cut a bunch of food out of our diet either. Moderation is key to a healthy diet.

I agree. Many people believe they need to cut out all “junk” food or completely stop eating certain categories of food to be healthy. However, unconventional methods like Tom’s can help people stay consistent and can be more effective than just cutting out food groups.

Hi Lindsey, I completely agree that we should never judge or make assumptions about someone based on their physical appearance. There’s a lot of factors that can influence a person’s appearance, and we can never truly tell what someone might be going through based on that @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Hi Himani, I really relate to this barrier. Balancing work, school, and other responsibilities is tough. I also find myself gravitating towards meals that are easy to cook. I’m guilty of eating leftovers cold because I don’t want to waste time microwaving.

Hi Lindsey,

That’s very interesting. I didn’t know that vitamin D was so important for fetal development. It’s surprising that 25% of women don’t get enough of it during their pregnancy. Do you know what are the best sources of vitamin D during pregnancy?

Hi Macaylan, this is a great article to recommend to someone struggling with sleep problems. I never knew that tomatoes, kiwis, and walnuts contain the melatonin hormone which can promote sleep. Next time I have trouble sleeping, i’ll definitely give this a try. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
