I hate doing this exercises but I love waking up sore and a little bit stronger the next day knowing it worked. Anyway 10 min bodyweight only core workout destroyed me but I might only need to use that specific video two or three more times before it starts getting easy!
when the working out is actually working and putting the truck away at work is easier 💪😤
