The total capture of the DOJ, seemingly with very little pushback or resistance, is one of the most striking examples of the capitulation of American elites in the face of authoritarianism. It’s been less than a year, and federal prosecutions or investigations are already completely discredited.
This is just one more example of a much broader pattern: The Department of Justice targeting Trump's political enemies with made-up accusations of wrong-doing.

once again: ICE is operating as if they have a general warrant, the specific type of warrant the founders were most concerned about when drafting the 4th Amendment
Not remotely legal. Minnesota needs to arrest these thugs breaking down doors right now, before they start grabbing even more power

Don't mess with Philly.
Philadelphia Sheriff Rochelle Bilal warns ICE:

"No law enforcement professional wears a mask... Those that come into our communities wearing a mask to commit crime... You getting arrested".

"Fake wannabe law enforcement... The criminal in the WH will not be able to keep you from going to jail".

Has anyone seen Jeffries or Schumer at a protest or rally this weekend?

In Minneapolis?
At a #IceOutForGood @indivisible.org rally?

The minimum requirement for democratic leaders right now is to be out in the streets with the people who are under attack.

For months, we’ve made clear that we won’t accept higher health care costs, lost jobs or bare-bones coverage dressed up as a solution to politicians’ self-imposed crisis.

When workers stand together, we can build a successful and bipartisan coalition to protect working families.

What is their jurisdiction? How is this not illegal search and seizure, violation of freedom of speech, assembly, movement -- and I'm sure innumerable other constitutional violations?

The states need to start protecting civilians against these rogue and faceless armed Feds violating states rights.
This guy is in Minneapolis standing before an American citizen in an SUV.

The only reason he's brandishing an assault rifle is because he wants the people he's purportedly there protecting to feel terrorized by his presence.

This is not protection. This is occupation.

Just now: Huge mass of agents in a standoff, weapons drawn as Reps. Ilhan Omar, Angie Craig, and Kelly Morrison attempt to conduct congressional oversight at the Whipple Building, which has been HQ for thousands of ICE agents.

ICE ultimately denied the members their due right to oversight.

House Democrats passed legislation to restore the ACA tax credits, and now, it’s up to Leader Thune to put this up for a vote in the Senate.

This is about Americans’ health care. It requires urgency.

Over the objection of Donald Trump and Speaker Mike Johnson.

An ICE officer murdered a woman in cold blood who was clearly trying to drive away.

And yet Tricia McLaughlin and Stephen Miller are speciously trying to blame the victim.

ICE must be reined in and the officer must be held to account.

If the President and Congressional GOP think Washington has the capacity to "run" Venezuela right now, why won't they fix the insurance cost crisis they've created here at home?

It's an old and obvious pattern. An unpopular president - failing on the economy and losing his grip on power at home - decides to launch a war for regime change abroad.

The American people don’t want to “run” a foreign country while our leaders fail to improve life in this one.
