I was born in nineteen-eighty-two. This is two years before a book you should all read.
Did you know that just because you say you're doing something good, doesn't mean it's actually good? Let me explain:
BAD= not hiring someone qualified because of their race.
NOT BAD= teaching students that the above happens sometimes and we should fix it.
Just because you say the latter is BAD, doesn't mean it actually is bad. If students don't learn about the truth of bad things happening, how can they fix it?

Meanwhile, I just wanted to report that the teachers and support staff in my district are AMAZING and doing a great job. They aren't paid nearly enough, for
what they have to endure! Leave them alone and let them do their jobs in peace. Honestly, obsessing about something that isn't actually a problem makes
you all seem weird and deranged. Maybe you should take up knitting, get a pet, take walks in nature, and instead of screaming at helpless school board
members, go volunteer to do something NICE for others (maybe a food pantry or an animal shelter). You'll feel better, promise. Also consider going to therapy
to figure out the real reason you are so upset.
