At least for those of us who are into science fiction media and/or gaming, it's not that hard to identify the right wing incubators on YouTube, and the Nazi bars in are larger community. I blame the subculture is much more than I blame game developers.

And the anti-trans agenda has been used to undermine employment, education, healthcare, and housing protection on the basis of race, age, religion, gender, and disability as well. There are plurality of democratic voters who consider equal opportunity a "kitchen table" issue.

One part of the anti-trans agenda has been a bait and switch to destroy educational systems at the federal level. Pointing out the damage done to affordable education in the service of an anti-trans agenda should be an easy lift.

And that's what these debates are really about for me, not campaign trail messaging. Will congressional candidates commit to healthcare for everyone? Or will they compromise with Republicans to insert culture war exceptions on reproductive health, gender affirming care, and HIV.
