I already had little respect for ESPN, but has lost all of my respect in the last 72 hours. I used to hate/admire Saban, but the way he and other CAA agents have treated Ole Miss in this situation is abhorrent and disgusting.
I'd be mad about this forever if I were Ole Miss. Saban's going to consult for his guys but the rampant editorializing that Lane was clearly banking on to win a political fight with Ole Miss was a huge conflict of interests even before we knew that Saban was steering Kiffin and LSU toward each other

Thank god, it’s done. It was announced to the team, Golding is the interim, Kiffin didn’t even talk in the team meeting. Planes are going to Tupelo to get the prick down to red stick. Go to hell, Kiffin, and welcome to hell, LSU.

Ole Miss should not let Lane Kiffin coach this team if he leaves for LSU. No way.
I get that it's hard to walk away from a team in the CFP, but no one is forcing him to leave. The school should name an interim and ride with someone who wants to be with Ole Miss.
