If you’d like to take Sen Schiff’s (genuinely) excellent advice for resisting this fascist takeover, I recommend adding a weekly reminder in your calendar to call your reps’ offices about a legislative issue. It takes 2 min per call and the offices consider it representative of 1k-10k voters.
When it comes to standing up to attacks on our people and our democracy, my advice is this:
Don't try to do everything. Find one thing you can do to mitigate the harms. If everyone does that, we'll get through this.

Then they calculated the % of skills/task an LLM + MCP can do for each occupation (according to an LLM), multiplied that by average salary of the occupation times number of people working that occupation (simplified) -> 11.7% of work tasks.
