Trump and his DOJ defying court orders is a Constitutional crisis only if the Republicans refuse to hold them in check. When the Dems retake the House and Senate, impeachments should include the President, Attorney General and members of the Supreme Court.

When I was a kid, we used to call it a skunk. It meant that one team didn't score in their defeat. Last night's special elections were a skunk. Not only because Republican's didn't win anything, but because it shows the people think their policies stink.

Trump represents the 37%, or so, who fear equality. It is no more apparent than the pardoning of white George Santos for wire fraud, identity theft, and embezzlement and the indictments of black basketball players for gambling in the game. Does anyone think he is going to pardon them?

I can't believe that, other than the 30% racists of the Republican Party, that they are happy with the non-representation and failure of oversight their representatives are displaying. It is these Congress people who are turning their back on Democracy for the warm arms of a dictator. Winter cometh!
