Star Trek, DC Comics, Tolkien and Pratchett universes (all sci-fi+fantasy) are my thing… I was there painting D&D die-cast miniatures when it was born. 🖖🚀🧙‍♂️🦸🏻‍♂️

Sadly, politics now too... and I mean SADLY!
Such a great movie. It isn’t, but it feels like a comfort movie.

Bruce gave us some epic moments in popcorn cinema + some. Wish this icon the best right now for sure. 🙏

It almost feels like the first thing we’re now doing post-match is looking out for any possible injuries.

Very important win. It always looked like the typical type of game that we’d have drawn in some manner last season.

Only 8,972 people speak Scottish Gaelic in Glasgow out of a population of 631,970.

If we're gonna get nationalistic about things... HOW ABOUT THAT!

What's more... I've used the flag of 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 correctly in my comment, unlike that English nazi "political" party statement. 👁️

All seems like yesterday to me. I’m never going to become accustomed to it not being something just a couple of seasons back. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Can’t wait for this.

David “El Guaje” Villa is a legend.

One if the great strikers of any era and more so considering he wasn’t a traditional 9 and instead cutting in from either flank. His stats are perverse and his quality more so.

He will be more appreciated when it’s a point of “why didn’t you previously”.

100%

I witnessed this and even had it said to me with my total London accent in conversation. Like I needed to be assessed at all being born in the London Borough of Islington in 1971.

But I was offended because my parents weren’t and worked their fingers to the bone in this country. Shameful!

"Funnier" part of all this is/was when someone said to your face they were voting/voted for it, because "inmigrants", then looked at you/your partner and said "but is not about you". Of course it is. Half of the times I was told this... I was in MY country. Then "it was not about xenophobia". Ha!

FYI (again) it is now two years since the ECJ dismissed definitively challenges by Britons over losing their EU citizenship rights.
"The loss of the status of citizen of the European Union, and consequently the loss of the rights attached to that

“It’s not acceptable!!!” Aaaarggghhh! 🤬😡

🤣🤣🤣

Look sunshine… my neighbour didn’t vote for Corbyn in the last GE and he won here in Islington as an independent.

She has never once said “it’s unacceptable” since the election.

I didn’t vote for him either, but the majority did. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ain’t difficult!

Thing is I don’t think there was ever any such thing as a “special” nation. Definitely not ever since the EU was formed that’s for sure.

Some nations have more pull than others on various fronts there’s no doubt.

But the EU would mean absolutely nothing were it to fold over to anyone. It shouldn’t

I so badly want to win this one. Many of our fandom think this is done and dusted before playing the game.

But as Luis Aragonés used to say;

“Los partidos los hay que ganar”

“Ganar, ganar y ganar”

Every game starts 0-0 and every game has to be won.

They want the EU/MSs to look the other way while they live illegally here and without paying taxes.

I wonder how they view illegal immigrants that don’t pay taxes in the UK. Not favourable I would imagine. It is entitlement. Some of them can’t even see it.

Listen to this mate...

(those greedy bastards that talk about tax in Europe are greedy cnuts! They're genuinely ONLY looking out for themselves)

Nobody can sell me anything other than the welfare for all!

They basically want almost more than was available back when the UK was an EU state.

I bet it grinds them to say the UNITED KINGDOM was an EU STATE!

Due to the selfishness of it all, they'd cope because they get to live abroad for free without responsibility. "But the UK always deserved more..."

Telling me about it!!! 🤣🤣🤣👍

We could add a myriad of names to that list mate. So so many it beggars belief. I'd start with Cameron and then T. May even if they were apparently "Pro-EU" which imo they never were (not genuinely at all) and in fact I would go so far as to say they're identical to who Niall is citing here. 👁️

He's not pro-EU, he (and the many like him) are pro-FoM but if the 🇪🇺 were to all of a sudden treat the 🇬🇧 differently to other third nations and give UK citizens a special deal that would let them have their stay rights back in the EU zone, I can bet you their job would be done. That's all!

Don't know if it's the greatest 'Film Noir' to come from Hollywood, but for me at least it's the perfect example of 'Art Noir' from the US film industry. Everything about it is perfect execution for that period and Wilder's exploration of the underside of the 'American Dream' was bold and sublime!
