I think so. Because personally I have headcanoned Jesus as pan and him and Peter as having a romance since I was 6 years old.

(I’m not saying the guy’s perfect I don’t know him like that, but the things people rag on about him do actual harm to the conversation around SA, victims, and advocating for discrimination and employer behaviors that would cause significant harm.)

I really think people are way weirder for making it their own business over whatever kinky activity he is into. The equation of his fictional/consensual kinks to real life SA is honestly so sinister and dehumanizing to even more people than just him.
