He must increase, I must decrease. GIFs are my love language.
This album made its way back into the playlist the past couple of days. Still holds up nearly 20 years later.

Y'all won't believe what my wife just asked me:

"Why are you chugging chocolate milk??"

Like, how else are you supposed to drink it?

One of the things I am really coming to appreciate about BlueSky is the absence of ads. It's really nice to be able to focus on the things I like without being bombarded by things I don't. And not hiding that experience behind a monthly subscription is definitely a mark in @bsky.app's favor.

Don't feign confidence for things you don't know to be fact. Ask lots of questions and hold space for further understanding.

Sometimes, the believers most likely to harp on how sinful we are miss the other side of sanctification, a truth that’s every bit as powerful and life-changing. It’s this:

You don’t realize the pervasiveness of Christ’s holiness in you.

No Good Deed You’ve Done Will Remain Hidden
On Jesus’s astounding promise to reward every good thing we’ve ever done, even those deeds of which we’re unaware.

Reading the book of Joshua again.

Man.

The Canaanite conquest was brutal. Men, women, children, animals - all killed. Whole tribes of people exterminated. Entire cities reduced to ash. It's easy to see why it can be a significant stumbling block for the faith of many. It's sad. Tragic.

Did you know that by substituting your morning coffee with green tea, you can eliminate up to 93% of what little joy you have left?

Good rule of thumb to keep your integrity (and sanity) on socials:

"Don’t make friends with an angry person, and don’t be a companion of a hot-tempered one, or you will learn his ways and entangle yourself in a snare." (Proverbs 22:24-25 CSB)
