Really. People make stuff up to support how THEY feel. They come to the conversation w/ preconceived notions and a big unmanageable bag of feelings that are UNCOMFORTABLE. And they attempt to ease their discomfort w/ a paltry set of tools and skills.

I believe it was predicted over and over. So. we are moving out of the “find out” 😳 phase and into the” i told you so” 😕phase. Not that i told you so is gratifying I ANY WAY🙄 😭

I push against despair in this by remembering that the remit of these E.O.s is the federal government (even as I also know exactly what that means for contractors; that's a lot of my family). But i say this to say, there is still a space for real meaningful pushback at state, local, & private levels

Honestly, my day to day is not so affected, SO FAR, cuz I’m white, I provide a service which is still needed privately, I’m the best at what I do.
And I am deeply concerned for my brethren.

I feel the same way. The Pussygrabber has stolen our peace, our comportment, and our focus. I guess we needed to see. Things needed to be shook up. Status quo wasn’t working. I don’t see how we will recover from this regime.
