" ... , me!" (in situations where a character is talking to themselves, often disparagingly; such as "Get it together, me!") ➡️ Delete the "me" or rephrase.
It sounds so awkward. When's the last time you said, "Get it together, me!" rather than "Get it together!" or "I've gotta get it together"?

LOL Light novels are a different breed! I see that phrase in similar forms a lot. Narration gets weirdly specific, too, with directions of slashes or someone sitting "diagonally on the other side" and stuff like that. So wordy and unwieldy. 😰
